Introduction

Welcome to QS Matrix. By accessing or using our services, including any areas where you sign in, you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy (together called the "Terms"). If you don’t agree with these Terms, please don’t use our services.

What is QS Matrix?

QS Matrix is a powerful tool that helps server administrators sync and share script data across different setups. It makes managing servers easier and keeps everything running smoothly.

What Data Do We Store?

We only store the data we need to make QS Matrix work properly. Here’s what we might collect:

• Script Version: The version of the script your server is using, so we can keep it compatible and updated.
• Shared Script Data: Information you choose to share, like jobs, grades, and marker settings, uploaded manually by server admins for syncing.
• Basic Server Info: Things like your server’s name and description to know which server is which.
• Player Information: Player nicknames and unique IDs to track who’s interacting with the system, like uploading jobs.
• Server IP Address: Kept safe with strong encryption so no one can read it except us.
• Server CFX License Small Piece: A tiny, unusable part of your server’s license key, locked up tight with encryption SHA265.
• Identity Password: A special password made from a small piece of your server’s license key previously encrypted on your server with SHA265, scrambled and locked securely for verifying your server.

Signing In & Your Account

Some parts of QS Matrix require you to sign in to access them. Here’s how it works and what we do with your info:

• Sign In with Discord: You can use your Discord account to log in. When you do, we get your Discord username, a unique ID from Discord, and your email (if you’ve shared it with Discord). We use this to set up your account and make sure it’s really you.
• Email Magic Links: After signing up with Discord, you can choose to log in with a special link we send to your email. You just click the link to get in—no password needed. The link is safe, temporary (it expires in 24 hours), and only works for you.

We keep your sign-in info locked up tight with encryption. We don’t share it with anyone else, except to check your identity with Discord or to send you the email link. If you want us to delete your account and all this info, just let us know through the steps in the "Data Retention & Deletion" section below.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your data—like server info and sign-in details—as long as you’re using QS Matrix. If you stop using it for a long time (usually over 12 months), we might delete it. Want us to remove your data sooner? Just send a request through our Discord server in the QS Jobs Creator section. If you come back later, we’ll start fresh with new data.

Rule Violations & Consequences

If you do things like send fake data, upload harmful stuff, or misuse the sign-in system, you’ll get banned from QS Matrix for good. If you think it’s a mistake, you can appeal by sending a ticket on our Discord server with your server name or other details we can check.

User Conduct & Platform Rules

We expect everyone using QS Matrix to play nice and follow these rules:

• Be Respectful: No rude language, hate, or nasty stuff in anything you share.
• No Bad Stuff: Don’t send anything harmful or sneaky that messes things up.
• Use It Right: Don’t trick the system or misuse sign-in features.
• Breaking Rules: If you don’t follow these, we might limit or stop your access to QS Matrix extras, though the basic script might still work if we say so.

Using QS Matrix means you agree to these rules and help keep our community good for everyone.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data—like server details and sign-in info—to keep QS Matrix safe, handle bans or deletion requests, and let you into secure areas. We only look at basic info when we need to help you out.

Transparency & Sharing

We don’t share your data with anyone outside QS Matrix, except to check your Discord login or send you an email link. Everything stays safe with us, following strict privacy rules.
